ZAYTOUN Organic Maftoul Couscous 200g

Traditional, nutty, and beautifully textured, Zaytoun Maftoul is a hand-rolled Palestinian grain made from bulgur and whole wheat flour. Women’s cooperatives prepare it using age-old techniques — cracking, rolling, and drying the grains under the Palestinian sun, just as generations have done before.

Often referred to as giant couscous, maftoul has a firm texture and rich, nutty flavour that makes it an excellent alternative to rice or pasta. Delicious in soups, stews, risottos, or salads, it brings a wholesome depth to both traditional and modern dishes.

Winner of a Great Taste Award (2017), this fair and sustainably sourced grain celebrates Palestinian heritage and craftsmanship.
