An organic Brut Reserva cava from Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, made using the traditional method for fine, delicate bubbles. Fresh, balanced and aromatic, it brings together the classic cava grapes Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo.
Expect fruity and floral notes from the grapes, gentle bread and pastry aromas from the second fermentation, and subtle hints of toast, nuts and honey from ageing.
