A Muscadet with a twist — still crisp and mineral at heart, but given extra depth and length thanks to ageing in chestnut barrels. That gentle micro-oxygenation brings a subtle toasted note and a touch more structure, making this feel fuller and more “dining table” than your usual Muscadet, while keeping everything fresh and bright.

Expect a pale yellow colour with amber hints, a flattering mineral nose, and a long finish with white-fruit character. It’s brilliant as an apéritif, but really shines with grilled fish, monkfish, prawns, and richer comfort dishes where the extra texture helps — think tartiflette or creamy, cheesy bakes.
