A rich, fruity brown sauce from Wilkin & Sons, made to a traditional recipe dating back to the 1850s. Thick, tangy and gently smoky, it has that proper homemade feel with tomatoes, treacle, apples, sultanas, citrus, tamarind and warming spices.
