A proper continental curry ketchup — thick, sweet, tangy and gently spiced. Hugely popular across Germany, Belgium, Denmark and the Netherlands, this is the classic sauce for currywurst, hot dogs, chips, sausages and anything that wants a bit more warmth than standard ketchup.
Mild rather than hot, it brings tomato sweetness, vinegar tang and rounded curry spice together in one very useful squeezy bottle. Serve with bratwurst, hot dogs, burgers, fries, grilled cheese, loaded wedges, or as a brilliant BBQ table sauce.
Ingredients: Tomato juice, water, sugar, dextrose, spirit vinegar, modified corn starch, salt, curry (contains MUSTARD FLOUR), pepper, paprika, chilli, carnations, onions, spices, herbs, seasoning, thickener: tara gum, acidifier: citric acid, caramel syrup, cinnamon.
