A premium organic Greek extra virgin olive oil made from single-varietal Koroneiki olives grown in P.G.I. Lakonia. Unfiltered, naturally cloudy and rich in polyphenols, it has a smooth, herbaceous flavour with a distinctive peppery finish — the kind of oil that makes bread, salads and simple vegetables feel instantly more special.

The olives are early-harvested and cold-pressed within hours to preserve freshness, flavour and natural antioxidant compounds. The result is a rich but balanced oil with notes of fresh green herbs and a warming peppery lift from the oleocanthal.

Best used for finishing: drizzle over salads, grilled vegetables, pasta, soups, beans, fish, or warm bread for dipping. Give the can a gentle shake before pouring, as unfiltered oils settle naturally.

Ingredients: 100% organic extra virgin olive oil. Minimum 250mg polyphenols per kg of olive oil.

Storage: Store away from direct heat and light. May solidify in cold temperatures; this is normal and returns to liquid at room temperature.
