SUMA Star Anise 15g

Whole star anise from Suma, a beautifully aromatic spice with a sweet, warming liquorice-like flavour. A little goes a long way, bringing depth and fragrance to both savoury dishes and sweet recipes.

Use in broths, stocks, curries, braises, poached fruit, mulled drinks, syrups, chutneys or festive baking. Add whole while cooking and remove before serving, unless you’re using it decoratively for that “look at me, I’ve got my life together” finish.
