An aromatic, warm and spicy Middle Eastern-style spice blend from Suma. Made with coriander, paprika, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, chilli and cardamom, it brings savoury depth, gentle heat and fragrant spice to everyday cooking.
Use as a rub for chicken, lamb, fish, tofu or vegetables, stir into stews and soups, sprinkle over roast veg, mix through couscous or rice, or add to marinades with olive oil and lemon. A small jar with big “what smells amazing?” energy.
