A naturally processed Ombligon from the celebrated Colombian producer Nestor Lasso, grown high in Huila. This is a bright, fruit-forward coffee with a proper “wow” nose — mango lassi upfront, strawberry sweets through the middle, and a dark chocolate note that keeps it grounded.
The cherries are carefully selected and slow-dried in the sun, concentrating sweetness and building complexity through gentle natural fermentation. It’s a brilliant filter coffee (pour-over or batch), and makes a punchy, intriguing espresso too — especially in shorter drinks.
