Sourced from Finca Casa de Piedra, part of the Café Directo group in Tarrazú, where altitude, soils and biodiversity-led farming consistently produce standout lots. This coffee is one of the first partnership selections developed with Sloth Coffee Co (Uplands, Swansea) and works beautifully as both espresso and filter — big flavour, loads of character, and a long, rich finish.
