A taste of Catalonia, made with the best of the Isle of Wight.

Rich, smoky, and full of character, this vibrant Romesco sauce blends our sun-ripened local tomatoes with roasted red peppers, sweet nora peppers, extra virgin olive oil, and a splash of sherry vinegar. Traditionally served with grilled fish in its native Spain, it’s equally at home as a dip, a spread, or a bold barbecue companion.

Handmade in small batches just a stone’s throw from the glasshouse, we make use of every tomato we grow – including the perfectly ripe ones that don’t make it into the box. No additives, no preservatives, just pure flavour.

Serving ideas:
