A rich, savoury red pesto from The Real Olive Company, made with sun dried tomatoes, semi dried tomatoes, fruity Kalamata olives, pumpkin seeds, garlic, thyme and cold-pressed oils. Deep, warm and Mediterranean, it brings proper tomato sweetness, olive richness and a lovely savoury finish.
Stir through pasta, spread into sandwiches and wraps, spoon over roasted vegetables, serve with grilled chicken, fish or halloumi, or simply pop on the side with bread, crackers and antipasti. Very useful, very moreish, very “why is the pot empty already?”
