FLYNN'S EXPERIENCES Private Wine & Cheese Pairing

A private guided experience for up to six people — £165 per group

Spend around 90 minutes discovering what happens when great wine and cheese are brought together thoughtfully.

Led by a member of the Flynn’s team who works directly with the wines and artisan cheeses we select, stock and serve, you’ll taste a carefully chosen flight of wines alongside a contrasting selection of cheeses. Each pairing will demonstrate a different principle, from matching acidity and richness to balancing sweetness, salt, texture and maturity.

The experience is informative without being formal. We’ll explain why each combination works, encourage you to experiment and help you recognise the pairings that most appeal to your own palate.

No previous knowledge is needed. The experience can be enjoyed by complete beginners as well as enthusiastic wine and cheese lovers, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and discuss each pairing.

The price covers the complete private experience, including the wine and cheese tasting, for up to six people rather than being charged per person. All guests drinking wine must be aged 18 or over, and we may ask for identification.
