Spend around two hours with Flynn’s closed to everyone else, exploring the food, producers and stories that make the deli what it is.

Hosted by a member of the Flynn’s team who is directly involved in selecting, buying and serving our products, this is a generous guided journey across the cheese counter, charcuterie selection and deli shelves. You’ll taste a changing selection of exceptional products while learning where they come from, how they are made and why we chose to stock them.

The exact line-up will vary with the season and what is tasting particularly good at the time. Rather than following a rigid script, your host will shape the evening around the group’s interests and introduce products you might not otherwise think to try.

Your host will explain what makes each product distinctive, suggest pairings and serving ideas, and answer questions as you taste. There will also be time to browse the deli and explore particular products that catch your interest.

This is a relaxed and personal experience rather than a formal class. Expect a generous tasting designed to be enjoyed slowly, with the deli entirely to yourselves.

The price covers the complete private experience and tasting for up to four people rather than being charged per person.
