Perello Pickled Garlic Cloves 235g

Pickled in vinegar infused with oregano and tarragon, this garlic offers a full, savoury sweetness. A classic Spanish encurtido (pickle), it can complement everything from canapés to cocktails, or simply be enjoyed with a cold beer or a glass of wine.

Serve as a tapa alongside olives and anchovies for a simple, traditional snack, or use to add flavour and texture to pasta sauces, antipasti platters, sautéed vegetables, or a stir fry.
