Medium-sized, round green Manzanilla olives have an excellent proportion of flesh to stone and a mild, gently bitter flavour. A light brine allows their natural characteristics to shine through. Their size, colour, and balance of flesh to stone make them the most widely eaten table olive in Spain. Here, they are paired with a touch of chilli for gentle heat, making them perfect as a snack, in tapas spreads, or even in a classic martini.

Ingredients: Water, Green Pitted Olives, Chilli (Sulphites), Salt, Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Ribonucleotides), Acid (Citric Acid), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate). May also contain traces of Almonds and Fish.
