Sharp and piquant, Guindilla peppers are a classic Spanish pickle often served as a tapa alongside other encurtidos. Their bright, tangy flavour makes them an excellent accompaniment to cheeses, charcuterie, and pâtés.

They also shine as a pizza topping, add a lively bite to a cheese sandwich, and bring refreshing piquancy to rich foods such as terrines. For something different, try them with Navarrico black beans.
