Gordal olives are prized for their large size, crisp texture, and fleshy bite. In this preparation, they are marinated with guindilla chillies, adding a gentle heat that complements their rich, savoury flavour.

Ingredients: Water, Green Olives, Chilli (Sulphites), Salt, Flavour Enhancers (E621, E635), Acid (Citric Acid), Antioxidant (E300), Preservative (E202). May also contain Fish and Almonds.

Storage & care: Once opened, keep refrigerated below 8°C in a non-metallic container, covered in the brine, and consume within 7 days. Warning: some pit may remain.
