Perello Gherkins 190g

These baby-sized gherkins, or pepinillos, are marinated in vinegar with mustard seeds, silverskin onions, and black peppercorns for a tangy, aromatic flavour. Small and crunchy, they are the perfect partner for pâté, strong cheeses such as Manchego, and cured meats. They also form a key ingredient in classic tartare sauce.

Ingredients: Gherkins (Sulphites), Vinegar, Water, Onions, Sugar, Salt, Mustard Seeds, Black Peppercorns, Natural Flavouring, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid). May also contain Almonds and Fish. Gherkins from India.

Storage & care: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated, covered in the brine, and consume within 7 days.
