PERELLÓ Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A smooth, well-balanced Spanish extra virgin olive oil made from a blend of Arbequina and Empeltre olives grown in Navarra. Softly fruity and beautifully versatile, it’s the kind of oil you’ll use every day — good enough for drizzling, balanced enough for cooking.

Expect aromas of golden apple, sweet almond, cut grass, ripe tomato, thyme and blackberry, with a soft, rounded palate and notes of almond and walnut. The finish has a gentle peppery lift, adding freshness without overpowering the food.

Use for salad dressings, grilled vegetables, soups, pasta, meat, fish, bread dipping, or anywhere you want a little Spanish richness and polish.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light. Replace cap after use.
