Perello Caperberries 180g

With a gentle floral sharpness, caperberries pair beautifully with fish, from scallops to sea bass. Milder than capers, they also make a wonderful addition to charcuterie or cheese boards.

Blend them with lemon and garlic for a tangy dipping sauce, or substitute them for an olive in a Dirty Martini. They also shine in pasta dishes such as spaghetti alla puttanesca.

Ingredients: Caperberries (Sulphites), Water, Vinegar, Salt, Garlic (4%), Acid (Citric Acid), Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid). May also contain Fish and Almonds. Caperberries from Morocco.

Storage & care: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated, covered in the brine, and consume within 7 days.
