Traditionally enjoyed young, this style is made to be drunk before the end of the year—many in France would have finished their bottles by Boxing Day. Its lively character also makes it an excellent partner for festive tables, including Thanksgiving.

Produced by Oedoria, a historic cooperative founded in 1929 in the picturesque Pierres Dorées at the southern tip of Burgundy. With 160 growers across 840 hectares, Oedoria captures the spirit and terroir of this distinctive corner of Beaujolais.
