A bold hot sauce made in Sussex with lime, peanut butter and scotch bonnet chilli. Bright, savoury, nutty and properly zippy, it brings warmth without losing balance — not just heat for the sake of it.
Brilliant on burgers, tacos, toasties and wings, or drizzled over rice bowls, noodle bowls, grilled chicken, fried eggs, roasted vegetables or anything that needs a little limey fire. Also very good with a spoon and very little self-control.
