Delicate white asparagus spears from Navarra, grown in the fertile upper reaches of the River Ebro valley. These soft, pale spears are manually harvested, hand-trimmed and carefully graded before being cooked and preserved simply with water and salt.

Milder and more delicate than green asparagus, white asparagus has a soft texture and gentle sweetness that makes it a classic feature of Spanish salads and tapas bars. Serve chilled or at room temperature with mayonnaise, aioli, piquillo peppers, or a simple drizzle of olive oil and vinegar. Elegant, easy, and very Spanish.
