Italy’s much-loved cocoa and hazelnut biscuits, finished with their signature little sugar stars. Crisp, chocolatey and gently nutty, Pan di Stelle are one of those proper Italian cupboard treats — made for dunking, snacking, or quietly eating two more than planned.

Made with cocoa, hazelnut paste, chocolate, honey and milk, they have a rich but balanced flavour and a lovely biscuit crunch. Enjoy with coffee, milk or hot chocolate, serve with gelato, crumble into desserts, or use as a base for cheesecakes and tiramisù-style puddings.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, palm), hazelnut paste, cocoa powder, wheat starch, low-fat cocoa, leavening agents (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), salt, whole milk powder, egg whites, natural flavourings, honey, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
