METHOD COFFEE ROASTERS Uganda Nafuna Coffee 250g
A bright and elegant Ugandan coffee from The Coffee Gardens project in Eastern Uganda, produced by a community of farmers around Muduku village on Bukyabo Mountain. Grown at 1870–2200 metres above sea level, this micro-lot shows zesty orange, apricot, refined sweetness, floral aroma and a clean, graceful finish.
This year’s selection is named after Jackie Nafuna, The Coffee Gardens’ processing specialist. The coffee is prepared using a distinctive cherry pulp co-ferment variation of the washed process, helping bring out its orangey acidity, sweetness and clarity. A lovely example of just how expressive Ugandan coffee can be when grown, processed and handled with care.
