A naturally processed Colombian coffee from Finca Potosí, the original Cafe Granja La Esperanza farm in Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca. This year’s selection has had an extended fermentation, giving a seriously expressive cup with tropical fruit, blueberry and raspberry vanilla notes.
Expect rich sweetness, juicy acidity and a big fruit-forward profile. A brilliant coffee for anyone who likes something special, bright and full of character, whether brewed as filter, immersion or espresso.
