From the hilltop town of Lari in Tuscany, Martelli Spaghetti is made the traditional way by the Martelli family, who’ve been perfecting their pasta since 1926. Brothers Dino and Mario continue to craft their thick spaghetti using 100% durum wheat semolina. The dough is extruded through bronze dies to give it a coarse surface that holds sauce beautifully, before being slowly air-dried to retain the full flavour and aroma of the grain.

This thick-cut spaghetti is satisfyingly chewy, rich in wheat character, and ideal for hearty sauces like ragù or cacio e pepe.

Cooking Instructions
