Martelli Le Penne 500g

Crafted in the hilltops of Tuscany by the Martelli family, this artisan penne is refreshingly different—it has no ridges. Why? It simply doesn’t need them. Extruded through traditional bronze dies, the surface of each piece is naturally rough and porous, meaning it grips sauces beautifully. The pasta is slowly air-dried at low temperatures, preserving the full flavour of the durum wheat semolina and giving a superior texture and taste.

Every step of production is done with care, from the selection of ingredients to the hand-packing of each striking yellow bag. The result is a penne with exceptional character and versatility—perfect for everything from classic tomato sauces to rich baked pasta dishes.
