MALLORCAN Flor de Sal

Delicate sea salt crystals harvested from the salt flats of Mallorca. Light, crisp and mineral, flor de sal is a finishing salt rather than a cooking salt — made for adding texture, brightness and a little final flourish just before serving.

Sprinkle over tomatoes, grilled fish, roast vegetables, steak, eggs, salads, focaccia, buttered bread, chocolate desserts or caramel. A small pinch goes a long way, and makes simple food feel properly finished.
