A raw, unfiltered Sicilian multifloral honey from Laverde Artisan, harvested from wildflower-rich valleys in Caltanissetta, central Sicily. Cold-extracted at low temperature and jarred within 24 hours of collection, it keeps its natural aroma, texture and golden wildflower character.
Expect notes of orange blossom, wild herbs and a delicate caramel finish. Beautiful with cheese boards, Greek yoghurt, toast, porridge, tea, ricotta, roasted figs or drizzled over warm sourdough with a little extra virgin olive oil.
