Unfiltered, cold-pressed, and brimming with character, Honest Toil’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made using 100% Koroneiki olives grown in the sun-drenched countryside of the Peloponnese. Harvested by hand and pressed within hours, this oil is as fresh and pure as it gets—full-bodied with a rich green hue, soft grassy notes, and a gentle peppery finish.

Because it’s unfiltered, you’ll notice natural sediment from olive skins and pits, adding depth and authenticity to the flavour. The oil’s low acidity (between 0.2%–0.3%) is far below the threshold required for extra virgin status, ensuring a superior quality you can taste.

Ideal for drizzling over fresh salads, spooning over grilled vegetables, finishing slow-cooked beans, or dipping with warm bread.
