A small-batch preserve from Gower Preserves in Three Crosses, Swansea, made with luscious raspberries and lemon balm from the garden. Bright, fruity and gently fragrant, it has that classic raspberry sharpness with a soft lemony lift running through it.
Spread on toast, crumpets, croissants or scones, spoon over yoghurt, porridge or pancakes, or use with sponge cakes, cheesecakes and simple desserts. Also lovely with soft cheeses when you want something sweet, sharp and a little bit garden-party.
