A small-batch preserve from Gower Preserves in Three Crosses, Swansea, made with luscious blueberries, a lift of lime and soft vanilla warmth. Fruity, bright and gently aromatic, it’s a lovely twist on a classic berry preserve.
Spread generously on toast, crumpets, croissants or scones, spoon over yoghurt, porridge or pancakes, or serve with soft cheeses and a good cheeseboard. The lime keeps it fresh, the vanilla makes it feel just a little bit special.
