Join us for a guided tasting exploring the world of vinegars: from bright, everyday styles to richer, deeper bottles designed for finishing dishes, lifting sauces, balancing richness, and making simple food taste far better than it has any right to.
We’ll taste a range of vinegars side-by-side and talk through what makes them different — acidity, sweetness, ageing, ingredients, texture, origin and use. Expect balsamic, wine vinegars, fruit vinegars and a few other sharp little surprises along the way.
You’ll learn how to spot quality, how to avoid overpaying for the wrong thing, and how to actually use different styles properly — whether that’s in dressings, marinades, cooking, finishing, or just making cheese, bread, tomatoes, strawberries, steak or chips taste brilliant.
