EVENT: Supper Club August ‘26, 12th August 6pm

August’s supper club is a quiet nod to Japanese cooking: not sushi, not ramen, but the flavours we love — miso, sesame, ginger, yuzu, pickles, smoke, sweetness and salt.

We’ll start with a yuzu, ginger and sparkling wine spritz before sitting down to a menu built around comfort, balance and brilliant produce. Expect warm milk bread with whipped butter and nori salt, a summer tomato salad with tofu cream and ponzu, miso-glazed pork belly with charred hispi cabbage, and a sesame panna cotta with roasted peach and brown sugar crumb.

As always, this is Flynn’s food served simply: generous, relaxed, seasonal and made for a big table with good bottles nearby.
