From the Santa Ana region’s Finca Bosque Lya—meaning “Lya’s Forest”—this award-winning micro-lot is the epitome of Salvadoran coffee: nutty, creamy and incredibly moreish. Grown under shade in small rainforest pockets and processed using a washed method at 1,470–1,650 m, it offers a beautifully mellow sweetness and a balanced body that shines in both espresso and filter preparations.
