DYLAN’S Gochujang Sauce 180g

A handcrafted, restaurant-recipe gochujang made in Anglesey, North Wales — a Welsh spin on a Korean classic. Deeply savoury-sweet and packed with umami, it layers dark brown sugar, soy, garlic and ginger for richness, then finishes with red chilli paste for approachable heat.

Use it as a dip, a quick marinade, or a spoon-in sauce to instantly level up stir-fries, grilled meats, noodles and roasted vegetables. It’s also brilliant stirred through mayo for an instant burger sauce, or loosened with a splash of vinegar for a punchy dressing.

Do not refrigerate. Store in a cool, dark place.
