DYLAN’S Chilli Oil 230g

A proper restaurant staple chilli oil that brings heat, smoke and a little tingle in one spoonful. Made with pomace oil infused with red chilli flakes, chipotle flakes and Szechuan peppercorns, it packs a serious punch without drowning out the food — bold, savoury and dangerously moreish.

Drizzle over pizza and pasta, spoon onto eggs, stir through noodles, finish grilled veg, or use it to lift soups and stews. Shake well before use so you get all the good bits.

Do not refrigerate. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
