A beautifully balanced Loire sweet wine that keeps its poise. Made from Chenin Blanc grown on schist and sandstone, Les Ondines brings generous, candied stone-fruit character — apricot leads the way — with warming spice and a long, elegant finish. The sweetness is there, but it’s the bright, cleansing acidity that makes it so drinkable and food-friendly.

Serve well chilled in small glasses, or pair it with blue cheese, pâté and terrines, fruit tarts, or anything with almonds and honey. It’s a cracking bottle to have on hand for a “one-glass dessert” moment.
