A classic Loire Valley sweet wine with serious depth, made from Chenin Blanc in Bonnezeaux. It’s luxuriously rich — layers of honeyed fruit, fig and apricot, pear and quince — but what makes it special is the freshness that keeps it lifted and elegant rather than heavy. Aromatically, it’s all warm spice and florals, with a beautifully long, lingering finish.

Serve well chilled in small glasses as a dessert wine, or pair it with blue cheese, pâté and terrines, or fruit-led puddings. It’s also a lovely bottle to gift when you want something a bit different and genuinely impressive.
