A pretty Southern Rhône white from the Luberon, made from Rolle and Grenache Blanc. Light, fresh and gently aromatic, with grassy notes, soft florals and a bright, easy-drinking fruitiness.
Lovely with grilled fish, prawns, chicken, goat’s cheese, summer salads, asparagus, courgettes or anything involving olive oil and lemon. A proper sunny-table white: fresh enough for an aperitif, but with enough texture to sit happily beside food.
