FORMIGA DE SEDA Priorat White 2021 75cl
A bold, textured white wine from Priorat in Catalonia, made from White Garnacha and Viognier. Bright golden yellow in the glass, with generous tropical fruit aromas, pineapple, peach, ripe sweet fruit, citrus lift and subtle toasted notes.
Partly fermented on lees in stainless steel and partly fermented and aged in French oak barrels for five months, giving a lovely balance of fruit, oak, texture and acidity. Excellent with lobster, king prawns, baked or fried fish, roast chicken, or a vibrant crunchy chicken salad.
Grapes: 80% White Garnacha, 20% Viognier.
