Vibrant, fruity and full of character, this single-estate extra virgin olive oil comes from the Segura-Gómez family in Andalucía, Spain.
Made from Hojiblanca, Arbequina and Koroneiki olives grown using organic and regenerative practices. Expect tomato fruit, green artichoke and black pepper on the nose, with fresh flavour, medium bitterness and balanced pepperiness.
Drizzle over pasta, rice, salads and roasted peppers, or try it alongside Manchego.
