Delicate, herby and beautifully balanced, this single-origin extra virgin olive oil comes from family-owned organic olive groves around Sparta in the Peloponnese, Greece.
Made from Koroneiki and Athinoelia olives, it has aromas of fresh-cut grass, artichoke and black pepper, with gentle bitterness and a pleasing cracked-pepper finish.
Use it for pesto, roast potatoes and tomatoes, or try a drizzle over vanilla ice cream for something different.
