Once known as Goulefaisan, Château La Tour-Marcillanet dates back to the 14th century, positioned just west of Saint-Julien. The estate took on its current form in the 18th century, and in 1991 the vineyards and château were lovingly restored by Marc and Claire Ponsar, bringing new life to this historic property.
This is a full-bodied, characterful Bordeaux with deep notes of plum and cassis, layered with mellow spices and gentle earthy undertones. Smooth, structured, and classically Médoc in style — a warming, elegant red with real depth.
