Chateau Cabidos Petit Manseng Doux Cuvee St. Clement 50cl
Rare, radiant, and resolutely refined—a one-of-a-kind sweet wine from the foothills of the Pyrenees.
Crafted exclusively from the rare Petit Manseng grape, this elegant dessert wine hails from the family-run Domaine du Château de Cabidos in southwest France, just north of Jurançon. The estate's unique microclimate—long sunny autumns and cool Pyrenean breezes—makes it an ideal setting for passerillage, the natural drying of grapes on the vine. The result is a late-harvest wine of exceptional aromatic intensity and structure.
The nose bursts with aromas of pineapple, candied citrus peel, and wildflower honey, while the palate offers a lush, velvety texture balanced by a vibrant, natural acidity. Notes of ripe stone fruit, tropical mango, and a delicate hint of spice unfold into a clean, mouth-watering finish.
With just 11.5% ABV, it’s remarkably fresh and light for a sweet wine, offering both decadence and drinkability in perfect harmony.
