This elegant Languedoc white displays a brilliant, vibrant yellow hue and a refined aromatic profile. On the nose, delicate white flowers meet gourmet notes of vanilla and toast, subtly layered with cardamom, cumin and white pepper.
The palate is beautifully balanced and structured, with fine, elegant tannins supporting flavours of peach, pineapple and papaya. These evolve into a rich, expressive finish with hints of coconut, anise and vanilla.
