Tasting Notes
Brilliant ruby red with garnet highlights. The nose is elegant and layered—cherry, juniper, and black pepper give way to cacao, menthol, and forest floor. The palate is unexpectedly fresh and vibrant, with fine, velvety tannins and complex notes of blackcurrant, mint, cinnamon, and roasted coffee beans. Structured yet supple, this wine has superb ageing potential.
