Cinsault reigns supreme in this vibrant, natural wine from Languedoc. With its brilliant ruby hue and shimmering reflections, Le Roi Cinsault opens with crunchy red raspberry, apricot, and mango aromas, evolving into a savoury blend of black pepper, laurel, and mint.

On the palate, it’s light and bright with supple texture and minimal tannin. Wild strawberry and blackcurrant dance alongside notes of dried fruit and almond, before finishing with a flourish of thyme blossom, star anise, and a delicate minerality.
